For UK Mainland our Delivery is FREE regardless of weight. All price are included VAT and you pay the price you see. For other destinations delivery charges please see information below:

Most of our products come with "48 Hours & Next Day if Requested", however, the orders must be placed prior 13:00. Please see below Table for estimated Delivery charges.

Who do we ship with? How will my products be delivered?

There are three courier services we ship with. The courier service used depends on the total weight of your Order.

For orders below 2kg, then we will ship your order using Royal mail.

If your order is between 2 – 30kg, then we will deliver with either DPD or parcel force, the advantage of both of these courier services is that they offer a full tracking service and tracking number, this can be obtained by ringing our office 0161 491 6198.

For orders above 30kg, then we will ship your product using the Pallet courier service. Here there are three levels of pallet service available, referred to as Quarter Pallet, Half pallet, and Full pallet.

30kg-250kg – Quarter Pallet. The order must be able to fit within a container of size 1.2m by 1m by 1m. The approximate cost for Quarter Pallet delivery is £50.

251KG and 500kg – Half Pallet. The order must be able to fit within a container of dimensions 1.2M by 1M by 1.1M height. The approximate cost is only £60.

Large orders of a total weight between 501kg and 1200kg – Delivered using full pallet courier service. The order must be able to fit within a container of size 1.2m by 1m by height 2.2m. The approximate cost of a full pallet service is £100.


NOTE: Royal Mail
From late September 2012, subject to regulatory approval, if you are not home when Royal Mail attempt to deliver, they will leave your item(s) with one of your neighbors wherever possible, and pop a card through your door to tell you where you can pick up your item(s). If they have Special Delivery or international mail that needs to be signed for, they will still take it back to the local delivery office, so you can either collect it or arrange a redelivery, as normal.
When choosing a standard delivery service, if the product can fit through a letter box and does not exceed the value of £20.00, it will be sent via Royal Mail.
When choosing any Royal Mail delivery options, please make sure you have read and agreed to their terms and conditions concerning delivery promises and insurance allowances. Visit the Royal Mail website for more information.



How much does delivery cost?
The Next day delivery service is only offered for United Kingdom Inland deliveries only; this excludes the Highlands of Scotland, Ireland and other Isles. If placed before 2:30pm your order will arrive the next working day; excluding public holidays and in circumstances permitting.

If your order is placed on the weekend and you have requested a next day delivery service your order will arrive on Tuesday.
The orders shipping weight is based on volumetric weights, not the items dead weight.

Do I have to pay customs and import charges?
Customs and import charges are paid for once the order reaches its destination country. The recipient is responsible for paying these charges and may be unavoidable.
As we have no control over these charges we are not responsible for paying them and unfortunately would not be able to tell you how much the cost may be. If you need to find out these costs you should contact your local customs office who should be able help you.

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?
Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?
Yes we can, we have no problem sending orders to BFPO addresses but we cannot guarantee that we can dispatch your order VAT free.
Within the EU: Please order as normal using either the online store or telephone. If your BFPO address is eligible for VAT exempt sales you must first send us a copy of the VAT exemption form signed by your CO. Please contact us with this information. We will then dispatch the goods once we have received the form.
Outside the EU: If your BFPO address is outside the EU you will not be charged VAT. However, if it is not obvious that the destination is outside the EU then we will need a copy of a VAT exemption form signed by your CO. We will not ship orders until we have received this form.

All remaining BFPO addresses are tax exempt under article 77/388/EEC. To meet the regulations imposed on us by the Inland Revenue you will need to post, email or fax a copy of the exemption form to us. Customs & Excise in Rheindahlen have advised that this form can be obtained from most Messes or can found in SOBAG 5205 Annex C. As soon as we receive this form we will credit the Tax back to the account initially charged.
