Shipping & Delivery

For UK Mainland, delivery is FREE regardless of order weight. All prices shown on our website include VAT where applicable, so you pay the price displayed at checkout.

For the Scottish Highlands, delivery is £9.99.

For destinations outside UK Mainland, delivery charges vary depending on the destination and parcel weight.

Most orders have a 1 working day lead time. Orders should be placed before 2:00pm for the quickest possible dispatch.

Who do we ship with? How will my products be delivered?

The courier used depends on the size and weight of your order.

Orders below 2kg
Smaller parcels may be sent using Royal Mail or DHL.

Orders between 2kg and 30kg
Orders are normally sent using DPD or Parcelforce. Tracking information will be provided where available.

Orders above 30kg
Larger and heavier orders may be shipped using a pallet courier service.

Depending on the size of the shipment, this may be arranged as a Quarter Pallet, Half Pallet or Full Pallet service.

For UK Mainland customers, standard delivery remains FREE regardless of weight.

Scottish Highlands
£9.99 delivery charge.

Our standard order processing/lead time is 1 working day.

Orders placed after the 2:00pm cut-off may begin processing on the following working day.

Delivery times may be affected by weekends, public holidays, courier delays or circumstances outside our control.

Next-Day Delivery

Where a next-day service is available, it applies to eligible UK Mainland destinations only.

It does not normally apply to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, offshore islands or international destinations.

Orders must be placed before the relevant daily cut-off and are subject to product availability, processing time, courier availability and working days.

Next-day delivery cannot be guaranteed during public holidays or circumstances outside the courier's control.

How is shipping weight calculated?

Courier charges may be calculated using volumetric weight rather than only the physical weight of the product.

This means the parcel's dimensions may affect the shipping weight used by the courier.

Customs & Import Charges

Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local charges.

Any such charges are normally the responsibility of the recipient.

MaxStrength does not control these charges and cannot confirm in advance how much they may be. Please contact your local customs authority if you require further information before ordering.

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

Please provide a valid residential or business delivery address when placing your order.

Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?

We may be able to deliver to BFPO addresses, depending on the product, parcel size and destination.
